Bougainville Health and Education Restoration Project

Redevelopment of the Health and Education Services in Bougainville and Buka including construction of a new 84 bed hospital; expansion of an existing secondary school to 640 pupil capacity; development of a 160 pupil Specialised Technical Training Centre and renovations to existing hospital on Sohano.
Project includes expansion of administration facilities for the College of Distance Education in three locations in the Province.
A&L provided all architectural and project coordination and management control in development of the project design brief; design, documentation, tendering and construction. Services provided in association with SMEC.
